Content on CD-ROM
If your class provides course content on CD-ROM, you will receive a CD to use. You must also identify the location of your CD-ROM drive in Account Preferences in order for WebTycho to access the material.

If a content item is on CD-ROM and you have not identified a CD drive in Account Preferences , you will be prompted to do so.  Once you identify a CD-ROM drive in Account Preferences, you will receive this message.

If the Content Link Doesn't Open

  1. Right-click on the content link
  2. Select Copy Link Location.
  3. Paste the link into the location bar and click Enter.

IMac Users:
When identifying the CD-ROM drive, you must put backslash </> then the volume name in lower case. The volume name may differ from one CD to the next.  An example of a volume name is <jsl-mc>.
